Award “ITB #26-40 Road Materials - Stabilizing Materials” to the following vendors who submitted bids meeting our specifications and scope of work as per the pricing on the attached bid tabulation.
• Vernor Material and Equipment Co. Inc., of Freeport, Texas
• Southern Gulf Solutions, LLC of Brazoria, Texas
• G&S Asphalt, Inc. dba American Materials, Inc., of Stafford, Texas
In addition, expenditures will utilize funds from County departments approved fiscal year budgets.
Further, that the County Judge is authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the Minutes.
