Approval to renew “RFP #24-20 On-Call Grant Administration and Technical Services for HUD Funded Community Development Projects” with the following vendors, for a third (3rd) year of a three (3) year contract per the terms, conditions and commission rate of the current contract which is set to expire on April 22, 2026.
• Langford Community Management Services of Liberty Hill, Texas
• GrantWorks, Inc., of Austin, Texas
• CRI Advisors, LLC of Metairie, Louisiana
The renewal term shall be April 23, 2026 to April 22, 2027.
