The Court approves the Interlocal Agreement (ILA) between Brazoria County Health Department and the Village of Surfside Beach for the use of their facilities as a POD (Point of Dispensing) site in the event of a public health emergency.
The County Judge and Director of Public Health Services are authorized to sign this agreement.
