The Brazoria County Commissioners Court adopts the attached criteria and format for local issuance of beach vendor permits in accordance with the Texas Natural Resources Code, Chapter 61; and
That Brazoria County Parks Department be authorized to verify compliance with the conditions set forth and issue beach vendor permits.
A certified copy of this Court Order shall be sent to Brazoria County Parks Department.
