Approval of the attached Addendum to the Executed Interlocal Agreement “ILA” requested by Velasco Drainage District “VDD”; and
Whereas, the Commissions Court previously approved the ILA via Court Order I.5 dated January 27, 2026; and
Whereas, the Addendum includes the formal authorization and signature of the VDD Chairman Stuart Herbst; and
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign the attached Addendum and any and all other documents relating to the project following review by the District Attorney’s office and a certified copy of this court order be furnished to the Engineering Department.
