Upon successful negotiations, approval to utilize the Choice Partners Cooperative contract, number 24/017MR-02, for an annual cost of $1,005,109.66, as well as additional pricing for emergency, tile and carpet cleaning services, as per the attached spreadsheet, and award “RFO #25-60 Custodial Services for Brazoria County Facilities” to Ambassador Services LLC of Houston, Texas.
In addition, funds for the service will utilize the department’s approved fiscal year budget.
Further, that the County Judge is authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the Minutes.
