Change the Name of County Road 969Z from Buffalo Trail to Buffalo Creek Bend (Precinct 4)

Based on the recommendation of the 911 Addressing Committee, the court hereby approves changing the name of CR 969Z from Buffalo Trail to Buffalo Creek Bend.
Whereas, Buffalo Trail was approved by plat Bar X Section 4, County Clerk File No. 1981010482 (as shown in Exhibit “A” attached), and Bar X Section 5, County Clerk File No. 1981034812, (as shown in Exhibit “B” attached).
Further, the 911 Addressing system and County maps are to be updated to accurately reflect the same.
Further, a certified copy of this Court Order be sent to the County Engineer’s Office.
