Approve Brazoria County’s request for financial compensation from the U.S. Department of Justice regarding incurred correctional officer and correctional facility costs for incarcerating undocumented criminal aliens from July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024.
Further, the County Judge is hereby authorized to act as Brazoria County’s Authorized Official and sign any documentation related to the Grant upon review by the District Attorney’s Office.
