Renew Public Official and Law Enforcement Liability Insurance

Approve the liability renewal from Texas Association of Counties Risk Management Pool (TAC RMP) for Law Enforcement Liability coverage at a premium of $222,839.00 and the Public Official Liability coverage at a premium of $89,134.00 for an annual total of $311,973.00.
The renewal coverage term shall be October 1, 2026 to October 1, 2027. In addition, the expenditure will be funded by the County’s fiscal year budget.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign any and all documents or amendments necessary to procure the insurance; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the Minutes.
