Per the request of GrantWorks, Inc., of Austin, Texas, amend Court Order 7.M.3 dated November 9, 2021 as it pertains to the Field Collection and FEMA Elevation Certificate Form (Pre-Certificate) services under RFSQ #20-10 Elevation Certificates for Flood Mitigation cost increase of $150.00 per residence. The Court Order approved the pass-through cost of $150.00 to the homeowner.
In addition, if GrantWorks, Inc. can provide confirmation to the County that they have obtained approval from FEMA and/or TDEM, that the increased cost of $150.00 per certificate, will be covered by the Hazard Mitigation Program, the homeowners will not be responsible for the pass-through cost.
Further, a copy of this Court Order be delivered to the Purchasing Department, Floodplain Department and the Auditor’s Office.
