The County hereby authorizes the Commercial Lease and Access Agreement with Bede Aero, LLC and The Bede Family Foundation for the lease of property at the Texas Gulf Coast Regional Airport.
County Judge is hereby authorized to sign said Agreement after final review by District Attorney’s Office.
