Approve out of state travel for the Airport Director and Customer Service Manager to attend the National Business Aviation Association, Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) October 20-22, 2026, in Las Vegas, NV for purposes of:
• promotion of fuel sales
• airport marketing
• business development
• strategic planning with fuel supplier
The Airport has annually attended this conference in partnership with the fuel supplier and the Airport's contract with the supplier provides reserved booth space paid for by the supplier which is a cost savings of $9,000.00 in value paid directly to NBAA.
Further, travel expenses to be paid with FY 2027 approved Airport budget funds.
