Approval to renew “ITB #22-05 Cutting Tools - Bullet Teeth Contract” to the following vendors for the fourth (4^th) year of a five (5) year contract per the current terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract which is set to expire on December 13, 2024.

•                     Wear Parts & Equipment of Auroa, CO

•                     R.B. Everett & Company, LLC of Pasadena, TX

The renewal term shall be December 14, 2024 to December 13, 2025.

In addition, approve a part substitution due to discontinuation the substitution will go into effect once current vendor stock is depleted, per the attached spreadsheet.

Further, expenditures will be funded by departments’ current fiscal year budget.
