The Court authorizes Brazoria County Sheriff’s Office to participate in a Memorandum of Understanding with Homeland Security Investigations for the reimbursement of joint operations expenses from the Treasury Forfeiture Fund.
Bo Stallman, Brazoria County Sheriff, is authorized to execute the agreement pending final review by the District Attorney’s Office.
Further, Brazoria County is authorized to provide documentation and communication necessary to seek and receive reimbursement related to this Memorandum.
