Authorize the District Attorney’s Office to engage counsel for consultation and matters related to the Fair Labor Standards Act, other employee benefit laws, and for any associated employment matters.
Further ordered that payment of fees for the engagement of this professional service be from the general fund of the County.
The County Judge is hereby authorized to any necessary paperwork pending review by the District Attorney’s Office - Civil Division.
Further, a copy of this order be sent to the District Attorney’s Office - Civil Division.
