Authorize the acceptance of a grant award from the DOW Chemical Company, in which Brazoria County has requested funding for Atmospheric Monitoring Equipment.
Further, that the County Judge is hereby authorized to sign any documents related to the application and acceptance for the Grant upon final review by the District Attorney’s Office.
