Memorandum of Understanding between Brazoria County and the City of Liverpool for Designation of Public Information Officer

The Court hereby approves and authorizes the County to enter into the attached Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the City of Liverpool pursuant to Texas Government Code §411.3735 for the designation of a Public Information Officer for certain disasters.

 

Further, the County Judge is authorized to sign said agreement.

 

Further, that a copy of this order be delivered to the Brazoria County Sheriff’s Office.
