Interlocal Agreement with the City of Iowa Colony to repair all road(s) as listed on Exhibit “A”, pursuant to Texas Transportation Code Sec. 251.012, and the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Tex. Gov. Code Sec. 791.001 et. Seq.
Further, that under the terms of the attached Agreement, the city agrees to pay all material cost for requested roads.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign the above-referenced Interlocal Agreement on behalf of the County and a certified copy of this order shall be forwarded to the County Engineer.
