Approve the expenditure of $119,270.00 to Halff Associates, Inc., to perform Supplemental Design Services for Brazoria County Hastings Phase II Roadway and Drainage Improvements “Project”; and
Whereas, the attached scope of work identifies the supplemental design related activities for the Project; and
Whereas, funds for this expenditure are available via the 2026 Road & Bridge Budget.
Further, that the County Judge or his designee be authorized to sign the attached Professional Services Contract and that a certified copy of this order be furnished to the County Engineer for distribution to all parties involved.
