Pending final review by the District Attorney’s Office, approve renewal of “Flood Insurance for Narcotics Unit” at a cost of $3,690.00 for the policy period of April 19, 2026 to April 19, 2027.
Such expenditure will be funded by the County’s general fund for the Fiscal Year 2026 budget.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement in order to bind coverage for the renewal period; and the final documents be authorized to attach to the Minutes.
