Grant an exemption from competitive bidding requirements, according to exemptions allowed under Texas Local Government Code 262.027(a)(7)(A) and accept the attached signed Sole Source Justification from the Sheriff’s Office for the purchase of Medical Priority Consultants, Inc. dba Priority Dispatch, of Salt Lake City, Utah, ProQA Software, per the attached proposal, for a not to exceed amount of $299,047.00.
The purchase will be paid for utilizing the Sheriff’s Office budgeted funds for Fiscal Year 2026.
Further, upon final review by the District Attorney’s Office - Civil Division, that the County Judge be authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the minutes.
