Authorize entering into a Funding Agreement with MetLife pertaining to employee benefit funds.
Further, the County Judge is authorized to sign any and all documents to effectuate said Funding Agreement after review by the District Attorney’s Office.
Further, a copy of this order be provided to Human Resources and County Auditor.
