The Court authorizes the option for eligible employees to redeposit the entire amount withdrawn from their Texas County District Retirement System (TCDRS) account from previous employment with Brazoria County.
All redeposits must comply with TCDRS guidelines.
TCDRS will notify eligible employees of this one-time buyback opportunity.
