Approve the attached Amendment authorizing an administrative fee to the Agreement between Pomona Residential Community Association, Inc and Brazoria County for law enforcement services. This Agreement was approved on June 28, 2022 by Court Order 6.N.2.
The County Judge and Constable Precinct 4 are authorized to execute all documents necessary for this amendment pending final review by the Brazoria County District Attorney’s Office.
