Approve the agreement between Brazoria County and Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) for the benefit of Brazoria County Community Development. This agreement grants Community Development the right to use the TWC computer system to assist in determining eligibility for public assistance services.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign any documents to effectuate this agreement and to designate the Director of Community Development as the recipient compliance liaison and the Housing Programs Manager as the recipient point of contact.
