Approve the additional expenditure of $70,775.00 to HDR Engineering Inc. for supplemental Preliminary Engineering Services, modifying their current contract approved by Commissioners Court Order J.4 dated June 10, 2025 for Water Supply Study for Brazoria County Detention Facility Campus.
Whereas, the attached scope of work identifies the necessary tasks to perform these additional services including surveying.
Further, that the County Judge or his designee be authorized to sign the attached Professional Services Contract and that a certified copy of this order be furnished to the County Engineer for distribution to all parties involved.
