Approval to renew “RFP #25-42 Integrated Library Software” to Civica North America, Inc. dba Civica of Englewood, Ohio for the second (2nd) year of a five (5) year contract, per the terms and conditions of the current contract which is set to expire on July 1, 2026 for an annual cost of $30,240.00 as per the attached.

 

The renewal term shall be July 2, 2026 to July 1, 2027.

 

In addition, the expenditure will utilize funds from the department’s approved fiscal year budget.
