Approve annual license and support fees, with a four percent (4%) increase, for the period of October1, 2026 to September 30, 2027 with Hart InterCivic as follows:
• Knowink Poll Pads - $42,048.00
• Verity - Annual License & Support Renewal (Hart Voting Equipment) - $231,050.00
Further, the renewal costs will be paid out of the County Clerk’s Elections Software/ServiceSubscription approved budget.
