Approve the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement through September 30, 2027 between UTMB and the County on behalf of the Brazoria County Indigent Health Care Program to provide in-person primary care services to Brazoria County’s indigent residents.
The County Judge is authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the County after review by the District Attorney’s Office - Civil Division.
