Approve and ratify the authorization of Holloway Environmental and Communications Services, Inc. to act as an agent on behalf of Brazoria County in dealings with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) regarding the CR 676 Bridge Project. This includes taking all necessary actions for the application, processing, issuance, and/or acceptance of a Clean Water Act and/or Rivers and Harbors Act delineations, determinations, and/or permits.
Whereas, the attachments indicate the terms and conditions of the authorization and relevant project information; and
Further, that the County Judge or his designee be authorized to sign the attached Authorization and that a certified copy of this order be furnished to the County Engineer for distribution to all parties involved.
