Engineering Services for the City of Brazoria Inflow and Infiltration Improvements Project

Approve the expenditure of $342,000.00 to Amani Engineering, Inc. to develop plans, specifications and estimates for the City of Brazoria Inflow and Infiltration Improvements Project.
Whereas, the attached scope of work identifies the services necessary to support the design process for the Project; and
Whereas, funds for this expenditure are available via the 2026 Road & Bridge Budget and are a part of the CDBG-MIT Contract in partnership with the General Land Office (GLO).
Further, that the County Judge or his designee be authorized to sign the attached Professional Services Contract and that a certified copy of this order be furnished
to the County Engineer for distribution to all parties involved.
