Upon successful negotiations and per the recommendation of the evaluation committee, award “CSP #26-51 Quintana Beach Park-Septic, Electrical and Loop Road”, to the highest ranked vendor Construction Masters of Houston Inc., of Pearland, Texas. This vendor submitted the final and best offer meeting our specifications in the base bid amount of $2,252,199.04 and omits extra work items 50-54 totaling $49,807.31. See attached bid form as shown.
In addition, the project will utilize ARPA lost revenue funds.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement; and the final documents be authorized to be attached to the Minutes.
