Utilize Gulf of Mexico Energy Security Act (GoMESA) Funding for Quintana Park Pier Electrical Connectivity Repair

The Parks Department requests approval to utilize GoMESA funding in the amount of $7,500 for emergency electrical repairs at the Quintana Park Fishing Pier. Following a recent theft of copper wiring, the existing 1 ½” conduit run and electrical system sustained significant damage. This funding will secure services from Affordable Electric to repair the damage and re-establish critical pier lighting operations.
