The County Engineering Office reviews and approves drainage plans relating to development not located in a drainage district pursuant to the Brazoria County Drainage Criteria Manual that was adopted and approved by Court Order 7.O.2 dated May 10, 2022.
Commissioners Court hereby delegates to the County Engineer the function of issuing letters of no objection or signing approved drainage plans on behalf of Brazoria County to complete and finalize the drainage plan review process.
Further, that certified copy of this order be forwarded to the County Engineer.
