Approval to renew “RFP #23-70 Database Administrator Services” with IT Services, LLC of Pearland,Texas for a fourth (4^th) year of a five (5) year contract, per the terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract which is set to expire on September 24, 2026.

The renewal term shall be September 25, 2026 to September 24, 2027.

Further, the renewal term will utilize funds from Information Systems approved annual budget.
