County Purchasing Director to Sell County Surplus

Per the Texas Local Government Code § 263.152 (a) (1), the Commissioners Court approve Purchasing Director to sell the County’s surplus or salvage property by competitive bid or auction periodically for Fiscal Year 2026. Exception is of inventoried assets at $2,000.00 or above, which will go to court for approval prior to disposition taking place.
