Approve the attached Agreement between the Lakes of Savannah South Community Association, Inc and Brazoria County for law enforcement services.
Further, the County Judge and Precinct 4 Constable are authorized to execute all documents necessary for this agreement pending final review by the Brazoria County District Attorney’s Office.
