Approval to renew “C #20-79 Lease Agreement for Brazoria County WIC Office Space” with Brazoria Heritage Foundation of Brazoria, Texas for an additional twelve (12) months per the terms, conditions and pricing of the current contract, which is set to expire on September 30, 2026.
The renewal term shall be October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2027, at a monthly lease rate of $750.00.
In addition, the renewal term of September 23, 2025 to September 22, 2026 approved per Court Order H.42 dated August 26, 2025 was incorrect. This Court order shall correct the renewal term as shown in the attached lease agreement.
Further, the renewal term shall utilize funds from the department’s approved grant funding.
