The Court hereby amends Court Order H.24 dated March 10, 2026, to accurately reflect the location of the boat ramp subject of the agreement. Such order is amended to correctly state that the boat ramp for which the County seeks a license is located on FM 2918, rather than Chocolate Bayou. All other information on the agreement remains the same.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign related documents or amendments related to this agreement on behalf of Brazoria County, after review and approval by the District Attorney’s Office Civil Division.
