Upon recommendation of the evaluation committee, award “RFP #25-23 Generators for the Sheriff’s Office” to the highest ranked vendor, McDonald Municipal and Industrial - A Division of C.F. McDonald Electric, Inc. of Houston, Texas, who submitted the best evaluated offer meeting our specifications and scope of work for an amount of $1,307,869.00.
In Addition, the procurement will utilize funds remaining in Fund 52100-2018 Certificates of Obligation.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign and documents or amendments related to this agreement; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the minutes.
