Approval to renew “RFO #25-60 Custodial Services for Brazoria County Facilities” with a 2.6% increase with Ambassador Services of Houston, Texas for another twelve (12) month period, per the terms and conditions of the current contract which is set to expire on October 31, 2026. The price adjustment is due to an increase in labor rates and supply costs.
The renewal term, utilizing the Choice Partners Cooperative contract, number 24/017MR-02, shall be November 1, 2026 to October 31, 2027.
Further, the renewal term will utilize the department’s approved fiscal year budget.
