Order Setting Public Hearing - Request to Cancel a Subdivision

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held regarding a Request to Cancel the entire Bel Grand Estates Subdivision, including the roadways located inside the subdivision. The dedicated thoroughfare, County Road 48, and any and all drainage easements are specifically excluded from the cancellation of the subdivision as recorded under Clerk’s File No. 2005027928 of the Official Records of the Brazoria County Clerk. The Public Hearing will be held at the Regular/Special Session of Commissioners Court on the 25th day of August 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
The County Engineer is hereby instructed to advertise this public hearing in a newspaper of general circulation in the County for at least three weeks before the public hearing.
Further, ordered that a certified copy of this order be furnished to the Engineering Department.
