Renew Equipment Breakdown Policy

Upon final review by the District Attorney’s Office-Civil Division, approve the renewal for “Equipment Breakdown Policy” insurance with McGriff, a Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC Company for a period of November 11, 2026 to March 31, 2028 for an amount of $23,490.00. The long-term policy will align the effective dates with the County’s property insurance dates.
Such expenditure will be funded by the County’s General fund for Fiscal Year 2027 budget.
Further, that the County Judge is authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement in order to bind coverage for the renewal period; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the Minutes.
