Approval to renew with a price increase for “ITB #21-33 Road Materials - Stabilizing Materials” with the following vendors, as per the attached, for the fourth (4^th) year of a five (5) year contract per the terms and conditions of the current contract which is set to expire on April 25, 2024.

•                     American Materials Inc. of Stafford, TX

•                     Cherry Crushed Concrete (Arcosa) of Houston, TX

•                     Vernor Materials & Equipment Company Inc. of Freeport, TX

The renewal term shall be April 26, 2024 to April 25, 2025.

Further, expenditures will be funded by departments’ current and future fiscal year budgets.
