Interlocal Agreement with Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC)

Approve the attached Interlocal Agreement with the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) for the purchase of remote sensing data and related services pursuant to the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Chapter 791, Texas Government Code.
Whereas, the attached scope of work outlines the County’s interest to contribute to the production of LiDAR data for the County’s region with other H-GAC funding partners; and
Whereas, Court Order H.17 dated October 14, 2025 authorizes the Judge to sign a Letter of Intent to contribute to the production of LiDAR data per the terms of the Interlocal Agreement; and
Further, that the County Judge or his designee be authorized to sign the attached Interlocal Agreement and that a certified copy of this order be furnished to the County Engineer for distribution to all parties involved.
