The Court grants authorization to the Brazoria County Sheriff’s Office to participate in the Law Enforcement Support Office (LESO) Program sponsored through the State Plan of Operation (SPO) - Texas Department of Public Safety.
Further, the Court grants authority to the County Judge and Sheriff to execute all documents necessary to effectuate this application and agreement after review by the District Attorney’s Office.
