Developer Agreement with Angleton 300 Res Dev LP

Approve the attached Developer Agreement between Brazoria County and Angleton 300 Res Dev LP for contributions to the construction of a traffic signal and westbound right turn lane at the intersection of County Road 28 and State Highway 35.
Whereas, upon approval, the County and Angleton 300 Res Dev LP, will enter into a Developer Agreement wherein Angleton 300 Res Dev LP will design, permit, manage, and construct a traffic signal and westbound right turn lane at the intersection of County Road 28 and State Highway 35. The County will participate in the cost of improvements not to exceed $150,000 or thirty percent (30%) of the total contract price, whichever is less.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign said agreement after final review by the District Attorney’s Office - Civil Division.
Further, that a certified copy of this order be furnished to the County Engineer for distribution to all parties involved.
