Whereas, the Court finds that the requisites of Texas Transportation Code 251.051 - Closing, Vacating and Abandoning Public Road - have been met in regards to a portion of a Public Road and its right-of-way identified in Volume 1, Page 63 in the Plat Records of Brazoria County, within the Bogart & Taylor Subdivision of the Warren D.C. Hall League Survey, Abstract 69, and Volume 2, Page 29 in the Plat Records of Brazoria County, within the C. W. Palmer Subdivision of the H. T. & B. R.R. CO. Survey, Abstract 238; and
Whereas, a 324.82-acre-parcel and a 241.2-acre-parcel out of the Warren D.C. Hall League Survey, Abstract No. 69, in Brazoria County, Texas, County Clerk's Document No. 2024-053676 of the Brazoria County Clerk's Records, includes Lots 12-17 and part of Lots 1, 2, and 3, of the Bogart & Taylor Subdivision, recorded in Volume 1, Page 63 of the Plat Records of Brazoria County, as are currently divided by certain public rights-of-way; and
Whereas, a 487.11-acre-parcel out of the Warren D.C. Hall League Survey, Abstract No. 69, in Brazoria County, Texas, County Clerk's Document No. 2024-053676 of the Brazoria County Clerk's Records, includes part of Lots 8-11 and all of Lots 19-21, of the Bogart & Taylor Subdivision, recorded in Volume 1, Page 63 of the Plat Records of Brazoria County, as are currently divided by certain public rights-of-way; and
Whereas, a 487.11-acre-parcel and a 423.936-acre-parcel out of the Warren D.C. Hall League Survey, Abstract No. 69, in Brazoria County, Texas, County Clerk's Document No. 2024-053676 of the Brazoria County Clerk's Records, includes part of Lots 4-7 and part of Lots 8-11, of the Bogart & Taylor Subdivision, recorded in Volume 1, Page 63 of the Plat Records of Brazoria County, as are currently divided by certain public rights-of-way; and
