Approval to award, “ITB #25-29 Brazoria County Road and Drainage Improvements for CDBG-Plan Set III / 30N General Land Office, Contract Number 19-076-003-B352-CDBG-DR 2016 Flood Allocation” to the lowest responsive bidder, Texas Materials Group, Inc., of Baytown, Texas who submitted a bid meeting our specifications and scope of work in the amount of $1,866,427.70.
In addition, the project will utilize residual funds from the original CDBG-DR-2016 Flood Allocation in addition to a GLO Method of Distribution (MOD) amendment to reallocate 2016 housing funding to 2016 Infrastructure.
Further, that the County Judge is authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement; and that the final documents be authorized to attach to the Minutes.
