Upon recommendation by the evaluation committee, award “RFP #26-26 Aerial Mosquito Spraying” to Garrett Flying Services of Danbury, Texas, who submitted the best and only evaluated offer meeting our specifications and scope of work, as per the attached.
In addition, the procurement will utilize funds from Mosquito Control’s annual fiscal year budget.
Further, that the County Judge be authorized to sign any documents or amendments related to this agreement upon final review by the District Attorney’s Office; and that the final documents be authorized to be attached to the Minutes.
